Norwich midfielder Alexander Tettey is keen to help make amends for their 5-2 drubbing at home to Liverpool in Saturday's return fixture at Anfield.
Tettey made his debut in the Carrow Road game on 29 September after coming on as a substitute 10 minutes from time having signed from French club Rennes.
The Norway international has since had the opportunity to show his class and was a key factor in the Canaries 10-match unbeaten run and he is keen to test his mettle on Merseyside.
"I am really looking forward to it. I have heard good things about Anfield and the crowd and the history," said Tettey.
"It is like playing in the Champions League, playing against teams such as Manchester City and Chelsea. Going to Liverpool will be something I will remember for a long time.
"We made a lot of childish mistakes last time. They scored two goals because of our poor mistakes.
"Hopefully if we can manage not to make mistakes this time we will be fine. The whole team has improved since that game. We have to go there and show everybody we have improved."
Norwich opted to travel to Liverpool on Thursday instead of the day before the game in a bid to try and beat the snow which is forecast.
Chris Hughton's side trained in sub-zero temperatures at Carrow Road, which has under-soil heating, with the frozen training ground not an option.
"We have had to work around the weather. Our only option was to train at the stadium but we have done some important preparation going into a tough game," said Hughton.
"The performance against Liverpool is the one I am most unhappy with this season."
