Tottenham, Manchester City and Sunderland will warm up for the 2013-14 season with a trip to Hong Kong
Tottenham Hotspur will warm up for the 2013-14 season with a trip to Hong Kong.
Spurs will compete against South China FC, Manchester City, and Sunderland for the Barclays Asia Trophy, which will take place between 24-27 July in the former Principality.
The north London club were invloved in the tournament four years ago, beating Hull City 3-0 in the final with goals form Robbie Keane (2) and Aaron Lennon.
Andre Villas-Boas said: "The club is delighted to have the opportunity to return to Hong Kong and play in the 2013 Barclays Asia Trophy.
"Over the past few years, we have seen a significant increase in the levels of support the club has across the region.
"This tournament presents us with an opportunity to thank those fans, as well as introducing new fans to Tottenham Hotspur.
"We are also delighted to have the chance to compete alongside South China FC - a club with which we already enjoy a special relationship."
