Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis wants to keep Edinson Cavani

Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis has spoken of his desire to keep striker Edinson Cavani at the club.

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger recently revealed that the Napoli striker is among names on his transfer wish list.
But De Laurentiis says the player, who signed a new five-year deal at Napoli last summer and has a €63million (£52.8m) buy clause, is wanted at his present club.
He told La Gazzetta dello Sport: "For Cavani I have already received a €55million (£46.1m) bid, and I said no. I need him, not the money.
"I trust in his professionalism. He knows that here he is 'the number one', while I believe that in other places or in teams he could not identify with the city, the jersey and the fans like here."
