Ipswich have held talks with Nottingham Forest goalkeeper Lee Camp


Sky Sports understands Ipswich have held talks with Nottingham Forest goalkeeper Lee Camp over a possible move to Portman Road.
Camp has been informed he is free to leave the City Ground this month with his contract due to expire in the summer.Forest boss Alex McLeish is looking to bring in a new keeper in this month's transfer window and will let Camp move on to free up space in his squad.A number of clubs have been alerted to Camp's availability and the keeper is keen to sort out his future as soon as possible.Goalkeeper has been a problematic position for Ipswich this season with the likes of Scott Loach and Arran Lee-Barrett unable to establish themselves as No.1 keeper at the club.Ipswich boss Mick McCarthy has made a new goalkeeper one of his top priorities and he is weighing up a move to bring Camp to the club.Camp is waiting to find what other offers come his way this month before making a decision on where to continue his career.
